Will we be honoring Warranties on Products from now on?
Yes! Rebecca and I will still be around to help if there are any issues with your products. When you contact us with an issue, we will let you know how to proceed.
How long will it take to get orders processed from now on?
Normally, we were able to have orders shipping within 7 to 10 days. However, Due to the overwhelming response to our Closing Sale it may take 6 to 8 weeks (or more!) to get your order shipped out! Please do not order unless your can wait! Any orders placed after MARCH 27, 2025 MAY HAVE A 6 TO 8 WEEK SHIPPING TIME. We will fill every order that we accept, it just may take some time! By placing your order, you are agreeing to our NO REFUND policy! Thank you for understanding!!!!!!
Who is building the products?
Every product is handcrafted by Sean and Rebecca—just the two of us! We don’t have a team assisting us, which is why we truly appreciate your patience if your order takes a little longer to ship. We are doing our best to balance building products, answering emails, and ensuring each item meets our high standards of craftsmanship. Quality matters more to us than speed, and we want to deliver the best possible work. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Will you still be selling accessory items in the future?
YES! As long as we are alive, we will be selling accessory items (thread, pad refills, silks, etc..) We will either sell them ourselves or let you know where you can purchase the items. You can see our accessory page here.
